Supreme Court

[ads2]Telangana state Government has got an enormous shock from Supreme Court. Supreme Court has introduced curtains down on a bitter war over assets and liabilities of a key institution Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) between the 2 Telugu states.

Even court had given judgement on 10th schedule of ap reorganisation. The court had ordered all the offices & government organisations should be divided between 2 states. It is not for Telangana all the office under the 10th schedule of ap reorganisation should be divided in the ratio of 58:42.

Court has ordered that the assets be divided between the 2 states in the ratio of 58:42 on the basis of their population. The bench which heard the arguments of each the governments on this regard previously mentioned the argument of the Telangana government can’t be accepted.

Giving this ruling, a bench of Justices V. Gopala Gowda and Arun Mishra said if the 2 states didn’t agree for this arrangement, the Centre would constitute a committee to reach at an agreement within two months. The bench felt if the Telangana state’s argument have been to be accepted then it would render part 47 of the Act useless and nugatory.
