BJP Successfully Put Private Special Status Bill in Dustbin

[ads2] Once again BJP has successfully stopped the Andhra Pradesh Special Status Private Member Bill Voting. BJP leader of the house in rajya Sabha and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has invented a new technicality in the private bill. He says that the Andhra Pradesh Special Status private bill is a Finance bill, it’s should not be introduced in the Rajya Sabha(Because the BJP government didn’t have sufficient members to vote against to Andhra Special Status Bill). Finance Bills can be only taken up in Lok Sabha.

According to the any private bill should go to the president, If president approves it will be sent to the Rajya sabha. Actual Process is, KVP Rama Chandra Rao Special Status bill submitted to the Home Minister on 31st July 2015, The Home Minister sent to the Country First Person President of India Pranab Mukherjee. The president checked and Ratified the bill. President Pranab Mukherjee On 7th August 2015 sent to Rajya Sabha as Serial No. 20. Even in the Rajya Sabha discussion on the Andhra Pradesh Special status Private Bill has been completed and BJP also participated in the discussion.

Finally the bill came to voting in Rajya sabha. BJP has invented a technically in the bill and stopped the voting and bill is also rejected. BJP is thinking we has successfully stopped the Bill But the BJP leaders from the state should answer to the people of Andhra Pradesh. Where are the so called leaders like Purandeswari, Somu Veerraju, Vishnu Kumar Raju, Venkaiah naidu. With this it is clear BJP is not willing to give the special status to Andhra Pradesh. BJP is establishing itself as anti-Andhra Party. What congress had tasted, BJP will be wiped out in 2019 Elections.
